Sometimes it happens this way. Something causes a change. Could be something good, could be something bad. But whatever it is, it might have been necessary in order for the change to take place.
I heard a Pastor say, that you cannot stay the same. If you're not progressing and building up your faith, then you're allowing yourself to lose faith. You must be continually building up your faith.
What will cause you to Change? What will cause you to 'wake-up'?

My husband used to tell me that I had changed and I would adimantly disagree. Then one day he said it and I thought, you know he is right. Of course I've changed; I hope I've changed. Isn't that what life is all about?
Rhonda I was told awhile ago that I had changed and that they didn't like the new me. I took offense and felt hurt for the longest time and then one day while venting my hurt to my cousin, she yelled out Praise God In The Highest and followed up by saying what a great compliment.
I have changed or better yet have grown in my walk with Christ and the other person has stayed the same,no wonder they don't like the what they see.The old me the old ways are gone.
Sometimes change is good but it's all in how we look at it.
I guess I was looking at it through the eyes of man and not through the eyes of my Father.
That was was my wake up call.
Rhonda, That's a great question. I know its something we all need to look at and concider. I think we all make little changes and as time goes the little things add up to one huge change. But as the little changes come it seems like big things happen, and it then when we have to think about 'who' are we are going to react as...the old person with no change in their heart, or the new person who has learned, changed, and grown.
Thank you for the blog today...much needed.
If we allow Him, God is always using our changing world and circumstance to develop, grow and change us.
The ironic thing is though, sometimes we fight change and think we can keep things the same...only to realize that we have indeed still changed, but maybe not according to God's purposes.
Change is inevitable...but who will we become more like?
Good post Rhonda.
Him, not something I ask God about to often. Change is usually something I don't stop and think about, but honestly if the Holy Spirit is transforming us daily into His image, I guess change is happening, as I submit my life...continually. right?
Nice to meet you Rhonda!

Very good Rhonda. Really makes me think.
I heard that long ago from an older friend/mentor...that nothing ever stays the same...it either get's better or it gets worse. I took that to heart and have always remembered that. Thanks for the reminder!
I hope I've changed. Isn't that what life is all about?
