The 'first day of school' each year has always been commemorated at our house with a picture. This year, however, all three of my children are going to separate schools. Sarah is off to college. Jonathan is a senior in high school. And Brittany is in grade seven.
Jonathan left the house first. The girls were just getting up as he was headed out the door.
This is Jonathan as he is headed off to his first day of Grade Eleven!
Next out the door was Sarah and Amanda. Headed off to college together. Sarah and her wonderful friend Amanda have been friends since grade two. Amanda slept over so that they could be together. (Amanda's mom & dad came over to take pictures too!)
Last but not least was our youngest, Brittany. She is taking French Immersion and was very excited to use her new school supplies.

Your kids are gorgeous. I can not believe who uber-gorgeous Sarah is. Last time I saw here was 6-7 years ago. Wow. Hope Dad has a huge baseball bat to keep the boys away!
