My husband surprised me last fall with tickets for him and I to attend a concert that we had been anticipating for two years.
We had been watching for tour dates and schedules to be available in Ontario. But, it just wasn't happening! Tours seemed to be scheduled everywhere else but here.
But he's Canadian, why isn't he performing here!?! We watched and waited. And finally a Canadian tour was announced.
Last Thursday evening, at the Air Canada Centre, we (along with 15,000 other fans) enjoyed a fabulous concert with.....
MICHAEL BUBLE!!!!!
The concert was amazing and he is a very talented performer. He quite capably created a very intimate atmosphere which would normally be inconceivable in a setting that large.
Mark and I loved every single moment of the evening. (We are already looking forward to the next opportunity to see him live.) I must say that it was the best concert that I have ever attended.
There was a point in the evening when I thought that he was beginning to end the concert, and I began to get a teeny bit disappointed because he hadn't sang my favourite song yet; Save the Last Dance for Me.
But, of course, he did sing it and when he did he had the entire audience standing at that point. Some songs are just not meant for sitting and being still!! And that is one of them.

I'm struggling with envy at the moment ... especially since I was the one who brought this concert to Mark's attention! We sooo wanted to go, but it was not to be this time. Next time we must all go together!

Sooo envious lol! My friend Alison messaged me one night and was like you will never guess who is coming to Toronto...Michael Buble! Gasp* I am so glad to hear you had a wonderful time, his music is amazing and soo soothing!

Wish I could have gotten tickets as Paul still owes me a good concert since I was dragged to Havelock in the summer!
