Church Family Skate Night

Our church hosted a Family Skate Night. We had two hours of skating fun. We served juice, timbits and Starbucks coffee! (Our daughter Sarah is a Starbucks Barista, so we were able to get the coffee donated!)

Maria, Emma and Brittany

The above is a picture of our 12 year old daughter Brittany and two of her friends at the skating party. Maria is Mark & Jen's daughter. Emma is Paul & Tracey's daughter and also our goddaugter.

Sarah and Daddy

The above is a picture of my daughter Sarah and my husband Mark. Sarah has not been on skates very often. (Winter sports are not her favourite.) I was pleased that Sarah bravely ventured out on the ice; with her daddy's support.

Brittany and Jianna

Jianna is Mark & Jen's youngest daughter. Jianna likes spending time with her 'big friend' Brittany.

I am sorry I missed all the fun.
Unfortunately I had to work.
I love the pics and Daddy looks like he is giving his baby girl a hip check.Hahaha
Hope your knee feels better Jen.

My gang remembered about the skating around 8:30. I had all my kids home for the weekend.

WE had no kids at home to go skating and that is not Todd's greatest strenght. Skating that is. Sorry we missed it too!!!! I don't think I even own a pair of skates anymore either, oh, they were the days of Monday night skates at the arena.
